1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: name, email address, password (hashed).
• Billing information: name, country, state, ZIP — processed via our payment provider; we do not store your full card number.
• Health & wellness inputs: height, weight, age, sex, goals, activity level, optional metrics (waist, hip, sleep hours, stress, diet, lifestyle notes). You enter these voluntarily to receive AI analysis.
• Usage data: daily task completion, progress, community posts (Pro tier).
• Technical data: IP address, device, browser, and cookies for authentication and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and personalize the Program (AI Health Analyzer, meal plan, dashboard).
• Process your purchase and grant tier access.
• Send transactional emails (purchase confirmation, account, security).
• Send marketing emails only if you opt in (you can unsubscribe anytime).
• Improve the Program and detect abuse or fraud.

3. Health Data

We are not a covered entity under HIPAA and this is a consumer wellness product, not a medical service. Still, we treat your health inputs with care: they are stored encrypted, are visible only to you, and are processed by AI providers under data-processing agreements that prohibit using your data to train their models.

4. Sharing

We never sell your personal data. We share information only with:

• Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, authentication) under standard data-processing terms.
• AI providers, strictly to generate your personal analysis and meal plan.
• Payment processors, strictly to complete your purchase.
• Law enforcement when required by valid legal process.

5. Your Rights (U.S. residents)

Depending on your state (California, Colorado, Virginia, etc.), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@trybodyreset.com.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and optional analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Program may stop working.

7. Children

The Program is intended for adults 18+ in the United States. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account and health data for as long as you keep your account active. You may request deletion at any time; we will delete within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax records of your purchase).

9. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, encryption at rest), Row-Level Security at the database, and secure authentication. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice.
