1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or accessing the Try Body Reset ("the Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Program.

2. Digital Product & Instant Access

The Program is a digital wellness and educational product delivered instantly after purchase. You acknowledge that access is granted immediately upon payment, including downloadable PDFs, dashboard features, AI-generated analyses, meal plans, and (for Pro members) community access.

3. No Refunds — All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any tier of the Program. Because all content, guides, AI assessments, and proprietary methodology become accessible immediately upon purchase, refunds cannot be issued once access has been granted. 4. License & Personal Use

You receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Program for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, share, redistribute, resell, screen-record, or republish any part of the Program. Account sharing is prohibited and may result in termination without refund.

The AI Health Analyzer and AI Meal Plan generate personalized output based on the information you provide. These outputs are estimates for general wellness guidance only and may contain inaccuracies. Do not rely on them as medical, nutritional, or clinical recommendations.

7. Community Guidelines (Pro tier)

Pro members agree to be respectful and constructive. No harassment, spam, medical advice, self-promotion, or sharing of paid content. We reserve the right to remove content or revoke community access at our sole discretion without refund.

8. Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary. Any testimonials reflect personal experience and are not guarantees. We make no warranty that you will achieve any specific weight, body composition, or health outcome.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Program. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Program.
