Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or partial credits on any tier (Starter $99, Plus $149, Pro $199) of the Try Body Reset.
Why no refunds?
This is a 100% digital product with instant access. The moment your payment is confirmed, you receive the complete library of PDFs, the AI Health Analyzer, the personalized 14-day AI meal plan, and (for Pro) immediate community access. All proprietary content, methodology, and AI-generated outputs are delivered up front — they cannot be returned or "un-consumed."
Because the entire value of the Program is transferred at the moment of purchase, refunds would allow users to download every file, screenshot every page, copy the AI outputs, and then reclaim their money. This is unfair to honest customers and to the team behind the Program, so we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
What this means before you buy
- Read the landing page, FAQ, and tier comparison carefully.
- Review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- If you have questions about what's included, email support@trybodyreset.com before you complete checkout.
- By completing checkout you explicitly waive any right to a refund and acknowledge instant access.
Exceptions
We will review (but do not guarantee) refunds only in these narrow cases:
- Duplicate charge: if you were charged more than once for the same order, we'll refund the duplicate.
- Verified fraudulent charge: if your card was used by someone else without your authorization, contact us and your bank immediately.
- Technical failure on our side: if a confirmed payment never resulted in account access and we cannot restore it within 14 days.
"Changed my mind," "didn't have time," "didn't like the style," "found another product," or "didn't get results" are not grounds for a refund.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support@trybodyreset.com will result in immediate, permanent termination of your account and access, and we will contest the dispute with proof of delivery and these Terms.
Subscription / recurring charges
The Program is currently a one-time purchase per tier — there are no recurring subscription fees. If we introduce optional subscription add-ons in the future, you will be able to cancel future renewals at any time; already-charged periods remain non-refundable.
